My consulting work is based on more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven healthcare and education organizations improve organizational culture, experience, and communications. I start with a curious mind and am passionate about listening, analyzing, and responding to multiple types of feedback to create transformational change.

I believe leader and staff training can be crucial to successful transformational change – and that training needs to reflect the organization. If you already have training designed for your needs and need a facilitator, I can do that; but can also customize and design training to fit your unique needs. As guest speaker, I’m your biggest fan and champion! And my approach isn’t to present to your team the exact same speech I gave somewhere else; instead, I listen to your goals for the event and ensure my message supports those outcomes. In this role, I serve as an independent consultant or sub-contractor for clients looking to better reflect their mission, vision, and values. In addition to being a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) through the Beryl Institute, my depth of experience within healthcare, public education, and public health can serve my clients in a variety of ways to impact organizational culture:
