I have more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven healthcare and education organizations improve organizational culture, experience, and communications. I have been a Co-Active Coach for more than four years.

My experience:
Healthcare executive for more than 10 years leading strategic design; project planning; leader and staff training; grassroots champion development; and implementation of strategies and programs to support cultural transformation and improved experiences for patients, families, guests, employees, and physicians. Responsibilities included leveraging qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of patient-satisfaction survey tools and other measures to implement targeted, interdisciplinary quality-improvement strategies.
